ORVBDP 2026 Application

WBEC ORV is accepting application for Ohio River Valley Business Development Program (ORVBDP), an initiative designed to support and empower diverse businesses across the Ohio River Valley region. ORVBDP is modeled after the Kauffman FastTrac® program and designed for WBEs who want to build sustainable and scalable companies. There have been over 100 participants to go through the program since 2015.

Time Commitment: ORVBDP is a comprehensive 7-month business development program. Sessions will the third Thursday of the month beginning in February. All sessions are in-person at the Victoria’s Secret Reynoldsburg, OH campus.

Acceptance Criteria: Applicants must be certified WBEs in the WBENC 14 regional partner organization network, have a minimum of two (2) years in business or comparable business experience, and at least $500,000 in annual gross revenue. 

Program Registration: $1,850

Scholarships available, no separate application required for consideration.

Submission Window: November 3, 2025 - January 31, 2026

Interviews: Rolling
