Calista H. Smith, PMP, MBA launched Scale Strategic Solutions in 2011. As president, Calista has steered strategy, training, evaluation, and implementation projects in the public and social sectors for more than 50 clients nationally.  Calista began her career in philanthropy at KnowledgeWorks Foundation. Her work experience also includes positions at Haverstick Consulting and at Butler Tech.
