You will connect with women-owned businesses and companies that are industry leaders in healthcare, travel and logistics, food and beverage, energy, retail, transportation, telecommunications, finance, banking, office supplies, consumer-packaged goods, and more, to name a few, as well as federal, state and local government agencies.

Do you publish the attendee list?
WBEC ORV does not share or disclose attendee lists to maintain the privacy and security of our network.
NOTE: If you receive a solicitation from an organization claiming to provide or sell the attendee list, it is a scam.
What should I wear?
The recommended attire for all conference activities during business hours is business casual.
The dress code changes for the evening events:
- Join us for All Things Louisville on August 24, where the vibe is business casual come comfortable, polished, and ready to connect as we kick off the conference in style.
- On August 25, step into the spotlight at our Derby Trailblazer Dinner! This signature evening is Derby-themed, so don’t be afraid to go bold think vibrant colors, statement looks, and, of course, fabulous hats.
- Need the perfect finishing touch? Add the Hatitude Activation during registration! For just $40, you can design your own custom Derby hat or fascinator and arrive ready to turn heads.
Do you have a nursing mother's room?
We are pleased to offer a private nursing mother’s room onsite for those who need it. Please visit the registration desk for directions and assistance.
Registration Questions
Refund Policy:
All conference registration/ticket sales are final; no refunds will be issued. All sponsor package purchases are final and non-refundable.
All requests for exceptions to the cancellation/refund policy must be submitted in writing to catchthewave@wbecorv.org by the registrant with appropriate documentation no later than 30 days prior to the start of the conference. After that time, no refund considerations will be made. It is the responsibility of the attendee to ensure the cancellation request is received.
Can I Transfer Registration?
A transfer of your full registration to another individual is permitted prior to the conference by submitting a written request to catchthewave@wbecorv.org. Please include the Name, Title, and Email for the original registration as well as for the new colleague who will be using the registration.
Onsite transfers must be accompanied by proof of the original confirmation letter. The original registrant must send an email request to catchthewave@wbecorv.org.
Can I transfer my registration to the 2027 Conference?
Funds from this conference cannot be transferred to another registration.
Can I share my badge with a friend/colleague?
Badge sharing, splitting and reprints are strictly prohibited.
Do you offer day passes?
No, day passes will not be available for this year's conference. Registration is offered as a full-conference experience, giving attendees access to all educational sessions, networking opportunities, special events, and conference activities.
We encourage you to join us for the entire event to take full advantage of the connections, learning opportunities, and experiences designed to help you maximize your conference investment.

Media & Photography
Will the event be photographed or recorded?
Yes. By attending, you consent to photography and video recording that may be used for marketing and promotional purposes.
Are press passes available?
No, press passes are not available to attend the event. For press access, preapproval is required from our Sr. Director of Marketing & Communications. Please email info@wbecorv.org for details.
