Who should attend?

From powerhouse WBE ORV-Certified Women’s Business Enterprises (WBEs) to our valued Corporate and Government Members, and the incredible Regional Partner Organizations (RPOs) that support them — this is where opportunity takes off.

But it doesn’t stop there. We’re also excited to welcome non-certified business owners who want to get involved and explore what’s possible. Buyers and procurement professionals — if you're seeking new talent and bold ideas, this is your space. Supplier diversity leaders and government officials — your insights and engagement elevate the entire experience.

Which industries will be there? 

You will connect with women-owned businesses and companies that are industry leaders in healthcare, travel and logistics, food and beverage, energy, retail, transportation, telecommunications, finance, banking, office supplies, consumer-packaged goods, and more, to name a few, as well as federal, state and local government agencies.

Do you publish the attendee list? 

WBENC does not share or disclose attendee lists to maintain the privacy and security of our network.

NOTE: If you receive a solicitation from an organization claiming to provide or sell the attendee list, it is a scam.

What should I wear? 

The recommended attire for all conference activities during business hours is business casual.

The dress code changes for the evening events:

  • Monday, August 26 – Evening Event
    Join us at the “Bet on a Good Time” Opening Reception at the MGM Northfield Park! Get ready for an unforgettable evening — the dress code is cocktail attire, so come dressed to impress and ready to mix, mingle, and make connections
  • Tuesday, August 27 – Evening Event
    Join us for the Trailblazer Awards Dinner, a night dedicated to celebrating visionary leaders and bold changemakers. The dress code is after five — think sophisticated evening wear that’s polished and elegant.

Registration Questions

Refund Policy:

All conference registration/ticket sales are final; no refunds will be issued. All sponsor package purchases are final and non-refundable. 

All requests for exceptions to the cancellation/refund policy must be submitted in writing to catchthewave@wbecorv.org by the registrant with appropriate documentation no later than 30 days prior to the start of the conference. After that time, no refund considerations will be made. It is the responsibility of the attendee to ensure the cancellation request is received. 

Can I Transfer Registration? 

A transfer of your full registration to another individual is permitted prior to the conference by submitting a written request to catchthewave@wbecorv.org. Please include the Name, Title, and Email for the original registration as well as for the new colleague who will be using the registration.  

Onsite transfers must be accompanied by proof of the original confirmation letter. The original registrant must send an email request to catchthewave@wbecorv.org.  

Can I transfer my registration to the 2026 Conference?  

Funds from this conference cannot be transferred to another registration. 

Can I share my badge with a friend/colleague? 

Badge sharing, splitting and reprints are strictly prohibited.
