-Nominees must identify as women of color

-Nominees must be active members of the WBEC ORV RPO

-Nominees must have made significant contributions within their field or community

-Nominees should demonstrate leadership, innovation, and measurable impact

-Nominees who have received the WBENC Star designation within the past two years are not eligible
