Who should attend? 

Bold & Brilliant is designed to create a safe and inclusive space for women of color to connect, share experiences, and empower each other. Allies (both women and men) who are committed to supporting and uplifting Women of Color are also encouraged to attend and participate in meaningful discussions and activities. By bringing together women of color and their allies, Bold & Brilliant aims to foster solidarity, amplify voices, and drive positive change in our communities and beyond. 

What should I wear? 

At Bold & Brilliant, we encourage a smart casual dress code—polished yet comfortable. Choose attire that makes you feel confident and at ease, whether that’s elevated casual wear, relaxed professional pieces, or comfortable shoes you can move in. Attendees are also welcome to purchase and wear the official Bold Women, Brilliantly Well T-shirt to celebrate this year’s theme while staying comfortable throughout the day.

Can I bring a friend or colleague?

Absolutely! Feel free to invite friends, colleagues, or anyone else who would benefit from and contribute to the Bold & Brilliant experience.

Evening Prelude Party

The Prelude Party is a separately ticketed experience and not included with conference registration. Stay tuned for details

Can I share my badge with a friend/colleague? 

Badge sharing and splitting are strictly prohibited.
