ORVBDP 2026 Application

WBEC ORV is accepting applications beginning November 3rd for ORV Business Development Program 2.0 (ORVBDP). ORVBDP is modeled after the Kauffman FastTrac® program and designed for WBEs who want to build sustainable and scalable companies. There have been over 100 participants to go through the program since 2015. ORVBDP is highly selective and limited to 10 participants per class to promote peer to peer engagement and a sense of community and support from the cohort. It is a comprehensive 7-month business development program in partnership with Victoria’s Secret, and open to certified WBEs in the WBENC 14 regional partner organization network.

 Applicants must have a minimum of two (2) years in business or comparable business experience, and at least $500,000 in annual gross revenue. 

Sessions are scheduled to begin in February (Third Thursday of each month) in-person at the Victoria’s Secret Reynoldsburg, OH campus.

Program Registration: $1,850
