Colleen Rudisell is the Director of Certification and Outreach at the Women's Business Enterprise Council Ohio River Valley (WBEC ORV) with over 20 years with Macy's, including nine years in Corporate Supplier Diversity experience and advocacy work. In her current role, Ms. Rudisell manages the certification team, the WBENC certification process. She is a frequent SME and presents on Diversity in the Supply Chain, WBE/WOSB Certification, and recruiting volunteers for the Certification Committee.

Ms. Rudisell recently graduated from the Cinci Lead Class 3, Leadership Development Program, through the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber, she has an Environmental Design degree from San Diego State University and a Psychology degree from The University of Mount St. Joseph. Ms. Rudisell's parents were both solo entrepreneurs in California and influenced how she views business owners and the supply chain. She brings a wealth of knowledge and perspective, consulting with corporate members and women-owned businesses.
