Lynn Houston Moore is a Louisville, Kentucky native and CEO of HJI Supply Chain Solutions, where she is
a partial owner and has served in a variety of leadership roles since joining the family business in 2007.
Her career progression includes positions as Logistics Engineer, Financial and Logistics Manager, and Vice
President of Finance and Administration before becoming CEO in 2020.

A former track and field athlete at Georgia Tech, Lynn was a four-time ACC High Jump Champion and
graduated with highest honors with a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering. She also
earned a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Tech while training for the 2000 U.S.
Olympic Trials.

Prior to joining HJI, Lynn worked for a transportation optimization startup and later served as an Academic
Advisor in Georgia Tech's Athletic Department.

Lynn was inducted into the Farragut High School Athletic Hall of Fame in 2015 and the Georgia Tech
Athletic Hall of Fame in 2016. She is a graduate of the ORV-WBEC Business Development Program and a
member of WBENC's Women's Enterprise Forum. Lynn also serves on the University of Louisville J.B.
Speed School of Engineering Board of Advisors, and was a member of Leadership Louisville's Class of 2020.

In 2022, she received the ACC UNITE Award for her impact in advancing racial and social justice.
An active community volunteer, Lynn serves in the youth ministry at Northeast Christian Church and
enjoys coaching youth basketball and track and field. Above all, she values time with her family and her five children.
