Lamonda Dye, is a nurse with 25 years of healthcare experience and more than 15 years
dedicated to supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
(ID/DD). Her career has been rooted in advocacy, inclusion, and creating systems of care that
prioritize dignity, safety, and quality of life for underserved populations.

She is the Owner & CEO of LCD Agency Services, a multifaceted organization providing
homecare, testing, training, and compliance solutions. Under her leadership, LCD has expanded
across multiple Ohio counties and continues to grow into new industries while maintaining a
strong focus on prevention, safety, and compliance.

Lamonda also serves as the Executive Director of Reach Me Inc., a nonprofit organization
committed to community inclusion and socialization for individuals with ID/DD. Through
innovative programming, transportation support, and community partnerships, Reach Me has
provided thousands of hours of community-based activities, helping participants build
confidence, independence, and meaningful connections.

Beyond her professional roles, Lamonda is a community leader and advocate, serving on
advisory boards and committees focused on aging, disability services, and women-owned
businesses. She is especially passionate about mentoring women, employing and advancing
single women, and building pathways for long-term success in healthcare and human services.
