Carla F. Cobb is the founder of CFCobb Consulting and a retired executive leader with more than 33 years of experience in procurement, supplier diversity, and strategic program management. During her distinguished career, she led supplier engagement initiatives at Fifth Third Bank and Procter & Gamble, where she managed diverse supplier spend totaling more than $3.3 billion and championed opportunities for diverse-owned businesses.

A respected leader and advocate for supplier diversity, Carla has served on the boards of WBECORV and the Ohio Minority Supplier Development Council (OMSDC), contributed to national conference initiatives, and has been recognized as a National Top 10 Procurement Leader. Today, she continues to leverage her expertise through CFCobb Consulting, helping organizations strengthen supplier engagement and strategic partnerships.
