Yolanda Y. Reed is the founder and visionary behind Yokie! LLC, bringing over two decades of
distinguished executive leadership and a proven record in growth and leadership coaching. Her
expertise spans a range of industries, with a particular passion for and experience in
construction. Renowned for her ability to build bridges, foster collaboration, and drive
organizational success through creative problem-solving and a people-first philosophy, Yolanda
is deeply committed to empowering others, inspiring teams, and cultivating environments where
growth and innovation thrive.

As an advisor, consultant, and growth coach, Yolanda partners with corporations, organizations,
and individual clients to guide them through conflict resolution, culture building, community
outreach, and both business entrepreneur and executive coaching. She is dedicated to helping
others unlock their potential and achieve lasting success.

Prior to launching Yokie! LLC, Yolanda served as an HR Executive, overseeing all facets of
human resources. Over her 28-year HR career, she spent 19 years at the executive leadership
level. Yolanda has worked across various industries, including managed care, construction,
technology, banking, and non-profit, with most of her career rooted in the construction
industry—where she developed a deep passion for the field.

Throughout her career, Yolanda has been honored with numerous awards and accolades,
including being named one of the "People to Know" by Louisville Business First in 2014 and
2016, as well as being featured in a New York Times cover story for leading her company
through the swine flu pandemic in 2009. She has been highlighted in several feature articles
and cover stories as an entrepreneur. In addition, Yolanda co-founded KREED Painting with her
spouse, Alton Reed, a successful commercial paint company.

Yolanda has served clients nationwide, including, but not limited to, California, Indiana, Illinois,
Kentucky, South Carolina, and Washington, D.C.—across a variety of industries.
Yolanda attended the University of Louisville and Ottawa University, where she earned a
bachelor's degree in human resource management, and she also holds certifications in
life/growth coaching and business.

In her free time, Yolanda enjoys all things interior design, decorating, shopping for furniture
consignments, photography, entertaining, and spending quality time with family and friends.
