Mary McCarthy is the Co-Founder and President of the Women's Small Business Accelerator (WSBA), a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping women entrepreneurs launch, grow, and scale successful businesses through education, mentoring, and community. She also serves as the founder and owner of YMT Consultants, a business consulting and development firm, and is a co-founder of Accelerating Angels, an angel investment organization focused on funding high-growth women-led businesses.
