Colleen Rudisell is the Director of Certification and Outreach at the Women’s Business Enterprise Council Ohio River Valley (WBEC ORV), where she has served since November 2020. Prior to joining WBEC ORV, she spent over 20 years at Macy’s, including nine years in Corporate Supplier Diversity and advocacy. Colleen brings deep industry insight into her role, overseeing the WBENC certification process and presenting on topics such as Diversity in the Supply Chain, WBE/WOSB Certification, and volunteer engagement. She holds degrees in Environmental Design and Psychology and is a graduate of the Cincinnati Chamber’s Cincy LEAD Class 3.

As a seasoned Certification Manager, Robbie Moore assists with the end-to-end certification process for women-owned businesses, ensuring compliance, fostering strategic partnerships, and driving growth through high-impact initiatives. He is the WBE leader for sponsorships for the organization’s marquee event, Catch the Wave. His leadership has resulted in a 98% compliance rate for recertification and 100% growth in certified African American women-owned businesses since 2022. With a strong background in program coordination and policy advocacy, he has designed and led legal training programs and equity initiatives for the state of Kentucky court system. Robbie brings a deep commitment to empowering underserved communities through strategic planning, inclusive practices, and impactful stakeholder engagement.
