With over 14 years in the banking industry, including 9 impactful years at Bank of America, Aja has worn many hats, from Commercial Associate to Small Business Banker, always with a client-first approach. Her diverse experience has honed her exceptional customer service skills and her ability to turn financial insights into actionable business strategies.

Academically, Aja boasts a dual degree in Management and Leadership and Business Administration, graduating cum laude from Franklin University. She is currently advancing her expertise with a Master of Business Administration. A committed leader, she plays an active role in the Black Professional Group Ohio Chapter at Bank of America and dedicates her time to community service, regularly volunteering in the local community, including at the Mid-Ohio Food Bank.
Born and raised in Akron, Ohio, Aja now resides in West Columbus with her husband De’Juan, their three wonderful children, and two playful pups. Her blend of personal warmth and professional dedication makes her a trusted and inspiring resource for clients, colleagues, and the broader community.
