Kai Peters is a Senior Commodity Manager, focusing on Supplier Diversity and Sustainability at The Ohio State University and the Wexner Medical Center. She is expanding the program’s footprint and building connections to ensure a strong sustainable supply base reflective of the communities both the institutions serve. She manages the Linen and Laundry category for the medical center and is working on projects to move Sustainability goals forward to take better care of our environment.
Prior to this position Kai worked for 16 years in sourcing, managing direct and indirect materials for two leading technology companies in the manufacture of equipment and fabrication of semiconductor products.
Kai has her undergraduate degree in Chemistry from the University of Illinois and her MBA from the Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University, Forever a Buckeye!
