Speaker Bio
Suzanne Roberts is the Principal of Unifying Solutions, co-founder of Safe Conversation About Race, and collaborative partners with the Anti-Racism Collective for Organizational Development. Suzanne provides trainings and facilitation for Polarity Therapy: Pathway to Living Liberation, where the focus is attuning to the life energy within to awaken to the vitality and radiance of your own soul as the baseline for who you are.
Suzanne Roberts has worked as a trainer, speaker, and facilitator for small and large corporations, businesses, and non-profits since 1979. As a Certified Master Somatic Coach, she coaches executives, leaders, and teams. Suzanne facilitates organizations to become inspiring, on purpose, resilient, practicing humanizing across difference to build safe, inclusive cultures where people know they belong and will be invited to contribute with their full selves. Suzanne is dedicated to cultural diversity, social equity, and social justice. Suzanne educates how social systems of oppression got designed, how they get internalized and embedded personally and systemically, and how to unpack these inherited socializations for personal and collective thriving.
Suzanne incorporates an intersectional lens in their work, in order to bring about awareness, transformation, conscious choice, and sustainable change. The process illuminates how historical forces operate today to limit human dignity and contribution in some groups of people, while benefiting an elite group of people. While Suzanne cares about all marginalized communities, their primary focus is on interrupting and reducing racial harm due to systemic racism, and promote racial thriving.
