Shaune M. Skinner has over 37 years of experience in cultural resource management with specific concentration in the central Ohio Valley. She has served as Project Manager and/or Principal Investigator for literally hundreds of compliance projects in the eastern United States as well as projects in San Diego, California, New York, Tennessee, Oklahoma, and Arkansas. In addition to RPA (Register of Professional Archaeologists) certification, Shaune is also qualified to prepare agreement documents (MOA and PA) and documentation for consultation (106/4f).As President and Project Manager, she is responsible for overseeing all ASC Group, Inc. offices directing proposal preparation and project coordination of over 100 projects per year. Shaune is active on a number of community and non-profit boards including NAWBO - National Association of Women's Business Owners, Woman Transportation Seminar (WTS), and Women's Energy Network (WEN).
