Dr. Kesha Williams is a distinguished leader in transformative education, cultural competence, and women’s health innovation. A Cincinnati native, she holds a Ph.D. in Social Work Education from The Ohio State University with an emphasis on Transformative Education, Cultural Competence, and Diversity. She completed her undergraduate studies at Xavier University and was a two-time Joseph Hall Scholar at the University of Cincinnati.

Dr. Williams is the founder and CEO of Cool Comforts Co, and the inventor of the Vpod, an innovative medical device designed to address unmet needs in feminine care. A patent holder and entrepreneur, she is committed to improving women’s lives through solutions that address critical health disparities. Her pioneering work has earned her recognition as a "Voice for Vulva Wellness," and her product is in early launch stage and currently available on Amazon.

A transformational leader with nearly two decades of experience across education, healthcare, and social services, Dr. Williams has managed over $4 million in federal funding from agencies including the Department of Labor and SAMHSA. She previously served as Assistant Vice President for Education at the Cincinnati Museum Center, becoming the first African American to hold this executive position at the institution and one of the few Black professionals nationwide
to lead a mainstream museum. Dr. Williams is a published expert in cultural competence and understands health disparities, especially as they relate to women’s health. Her work has been instrumental in community based initiatives, including consulting with the Hamilton County Juvenile Court’s L.I.V.E.
Cincinnati Initiative to strengthen data-driven strategies for youth engagement and funding acquisition and collaborations with women’s empowerment organizations.
