Yolanda Ortiz-Parker is the Director of Indirect Sourcing, Supplier Diversity, and ESG at STERIS Corporation. She leads supply diversity initiatives for STERIS, heads the corporate Supplier Diversity Council and collaborates with regional organizations like OMSDC and WBEC-ORV to explore opportunities with partnering with diverse businesses. Before STERIS, she worked at Macy's, Inc. for over 20 years in various sourcing and procurement and supplier diversity roles.


Yolanda holds degrees in music and opera performance and serves on the Board of Directors for the Ohio Minority Supplier Development Council and WBEC ORV. She lives in Cincinnati with husband, Rob and son Roberto.

In her spare time Yolanda leads the music ministry at her church and enjoys reading and spending time with family
