Beyond her business achievements, Pauline is actively involved in the community. She serves on the Winton Hills advisory board for Queen’s Village, a supportive community of Black women focused on empowerment and self-care. She also sits on the Women of Color Committee for WBEC-ORV, a program aimed at fostering growth and success for women of color entrepreneurs.
